Orders
Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch, not when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a stock, pricing or delivery problem — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where we believe the product is not suitable for the job described, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Pre-orders: where a product is marked Pre-order, you pay when you order and we dispatch as soon as stock arrives, in order of purchase. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If it moves we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Prices and VAT
Prices shown include UK VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise. Where an ex-VAT price is shown alongside, it is given for convenience for trade customers; the inclusive price is the amount you will pay.
A VAT invoice is available on request — just ask.
Prices may change, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it and confirmed in your order confirmation.
The product, and advice about it
Pro Wall Primer is a water-based primer and sealer for porous surfaces. Coverage of up to 75 m² per 5 litre container is a guide and varies with surface porosity. Technical information on this site and on the label is given in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Always test your media on a small area first. We cannot know the condition, history or absorbency of your particular wall.
We are very happy to give advice about surfaces, materials, artwork and installation, whether or not you have bought from us, and there is no charge for it. That advice is given in good faith based on long experience, but it is general guidance and not a warranty about your specific job. You remain responsible for satisfying yourself that the product and method are suitable for the work you are doing, and for testing before committing to a full installation.
Returns
Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contracts, cost of remedial work or labour costs, arising from the use or misuse of the product.
If you are buying as a business, you accept that this limitation is reasonable given the price of the goods and the fact that we have no control over the surfaces, materials, conditions or workmanship involved in your installation.
Intellectual property
SILVER BULLET is a registered UK trade mark (UK00003438819) owned by Decor Elevate Ltd. The brand name, wolf mark, artwork, photography and copy on this site are ours and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Stockists and resellers may use our product imagery for the purpose of selling the genuine product. Please use current artwork.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@thesilverbullet.shop and it will be dealt with by the director personally. There is no ticketing system and no call centre.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
