FAQ
What can I actually buy right now?
Pro Wall Primer. Silver Bullet X® and Pro Shield are still in development and I’m not putting a date on either of them until they’re genuinely ready. Ask and I’ll tell you honestly where they’re up to.
Why does my container look different?
Earlier batches went out under a Metamark label. It’s the same primer inside, and every new batch carries the Silver Bullet® label.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Get in touch and tell me what sort of volume you’re looking at. Trade terms are done case by case rather than off a published price list.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. Online orders are UK only for now. If you’re outside the UK and want the primer, email me and I’ll see what’s possible, but I’m not promising anything.
Which primer do I need?
Pro Wall Primer is for porous surfaces: bare plaster, standard emulsion, absorbent walls. If your wall is painted in a scrub-clean emulsion, water-based primers can bead up on it. That’s what Silver Bullet X® is being built for: an additive you dose into Pro Wall Primer so it lays flat. It’s still in development, so talk to me before you order anything. Not sure which you’ve got? Send me a photo.
Can I get advice on a job?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Artwork, material choice, surface prep, hanging. Email me or send a photo. Here’s what buying direct gets you.
Will you come and talk to our team?
Advice by email is free with every order, and that covers most things. If you’d like me to come and talk to your installers, designers or print team, get in touch and we can arrange a visit and agree a price to cover my costs.
Does Road Bro log every drive, even short ones?
Nearly. Drives under a quarter of a mile are skipped, so car-park shuffles don’t clutter your list. A quick move round the corner from where you parked is added to the start of your next drive instead, because your iPhone only wakes Road Bro once you’ve moved a fair way. That’s what keeps it light on your battery. Need a short one on record? Add it in the app with “Log a past trip”.
