# Road Bro — Support Hello. Welcome to support for **Silver Bullet Road Bro**. This is the support page Apple linked you to from the App Store. Road Bro is built and maintained by **Decor Elevate Ltd**, a UK trade business. Road Bro uses iOS's built-in **significant location change** service to detect when you start driving. It runs in the background using almost no battery. When you tap **Lock on** for a mission, every drive auto-attaches to that mission until you switch or mark it done. ### Why does it need "Always" location permission? "Always" lets Road Bro detect a drive starting even when the app isn't open. Without it, you'd have to remember to launch the app and tap Start every time you set off. All location data stays on your phone — nothing is uploaded. ### Does Road Bro drain my battery? No. iOS's significant location change service is specifically built to be low-power. Most users see less than 2% battery impact per day from Road Bro. ### How do I export for HMRC? Settings → HMRC report → pick a tax year → Export. You'll get a CSV file you can email to your accountant, drop in iCloud Drive, or upload directly to HMRC's self-assessment. ### Where is my data stored? Entirely on your iPhone. We don't run a server. We have no account system. If you uninstall the app, all your data goes with it. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud, Road Bro's data is included in your encrypted backup automatically. ### I want a feature or change Email us. Genuine user feature requests are our roadmap. ### I want a refund For accidental purchases or in the first few days: Apple handles refunds via [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
